If I could leave a zero I would. We have barely moved into Franklin Cove in May. I should have known from the beginning not to sign the lease and we have had nothing but issues since the day we moved in with the leasing assistant and assistant manager. Dead animal in our apartment between walls. We have informed our office last week. They said it takes time to inspect. So we are scheduled to be checked end of this week and if it's true, they will be looking for someone to get scheduled to come to fix issue. That means we will be living in unsafe environment for more than 2 weeks?
I've read enough. We need to check the management cos. Performance mngmnt got a little higher review than NPR Group, 1.9, also not endorsed by the BBB. I moved into Bridge of Estancia in March. In June I started bubble wrapping again. The management on site is not the problem it's the developers.
WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY HANDS DOWN. I would highly suggest looking into management companies before deciding to rent at a certain complex due to their inaccuracy, lack of care for tenants, horrid maintenance, and distrusting services! I signed a lease with them at a prior complex called Port Crossings in Portage, IN from April of 2022 to April of 2023 (12 month lease) they had their management inform me via physical letter of my move-out date and as I did so they happened to file a collection on my credit due to unpaid rent... read more
