I've read enough. We need to check the management cos. Performance mngmnt got a little higher review than NPR Group, 1.9, also not endorsed by the BBB. I moved into Bridge of Estancia in March. In June I started bubble wrapping again. The management on site is not the problem it's the developers.
WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY HANDS DOWN. I would highly suggest looking into management companies before deciding to rent at a certain complex due to their inaccuracy, lack of care for tenants, horrid maintenance, and distrusting services! Hey I went to this place to do application I walk up there sweating in all finally got to talk to someone Tina Steele she gave me the application to me to call or come up there on Wednesday to see if the place has a apartment available so I call and Becky pick up the phone was been very nasty and rude it’s a shame that I’m disabled people got to understand take your time with people who has a disability and trying to do things the right way
Brittany Hart has been downright awesome to work with! She is super friendly, easy to talk to, and always clear in her communication. As a waste vendor for one of her new properties, I’ve really appreciated how smooth and collaborative everything has been. She does a great job sharing the vision and needs of her communities and service requirements, which makes it easy for us to support them effectively. I was a victim of a shooting at one of their properties and with that being said instead of contacting me directly they gave me a notice to terminate my lease. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and will be delivering a child on July 22 through c-section while on maternity leave and they want me to vacate my unit on July 26? This is purely disgusting behavior.
