I need someone to reach out to me ASAP. I have nothing but issues since day one of moving I to this community. Issue after issue. From flooding , to bathroom pipe burst multiple times , to drug dealers to a murder on the property I WANT OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE!!!!! Lastly, I recently had my vehicle stolen thjs week and no one has contacted me yet. Very angry that no one cares. I've never exoerienced this in any community that I ever lived in. I wouldn't recommend this neighborhood to my worst enemy.
Terrible. They build these apartments so thin .. literally hear EVERYTHING the person above you is doing ..
Terrible corporation. There is no love or empathy with the people in charge of Pedcor. They run these apartments knowing that tenants are being mistreated but nothing is ever done about it. Horrible people running. Treat tenants like peasants and doesn’t care about the people trying to raise their families. Will evict you without a resolution or common understanding. I have contacted my lawyer and ketv7 can help. There is a lot of tenants READY TO SPEAK
Trying to get a family member into one of their properties and they have no availability and they do not have a wait list so you never know how long you're going to be waiting.
I applied to an apartment complex almost 6 weeks ago and I am still trying to get approved. I applied on 8/17 and I told them that I wanted to move in on 8/28. The leasing agent acted as if there was no problem with that. Their application process is extremely long and I found out that at that time they had over 80 applicants because they were offering a special at that time.
