Trying to get a family member into one of their properties and they have no availability and they do not have a wait list so you never know how long you're going to be waiting.
I applied to an apartment complex almost 6 weeks ago and I am still trying to get approved. I applied on 8/17 and I told them that I wanted to move in on 8/28. The leasing agent acted as if there was no problem with that. Their application process is extremely long and I found out that at that time they had over 80 applicants because they were offering a special at that time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had the worst ever experience with this management company. They managed (might still) an apartment complex I used to live in, in Newburgh IN. I lived there for 11 months in 2018. My last month there, I needed emergency surgery and had to miss a couple of weeks of work and was getting short term disability checks which were only about 60% of my normal check. I recently lived in one of the properties managed by this company. I moved out of my apartment June 23 of 2025 and I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded for the full month of rent I paid. I’ve been calling the corporate office and the apartment complex and nothing has been done. I work hard for my money I don’t understand how someone could take somebody’s else’s money.
If I could leave a zero I would. We have barely moved into Franklin Cove in May. I should have known from the beginning not to sign the lease and we have had nothing but issues since the day we moved in with the leasing assistant and assistant manager. When I have had one complaint reach the manager she was very attentive and resolved the issue quickly.
