I had my Merida e160 700 full-suspension e-bike in for a full Platinum service at Pedals Newport, carried out by Rob, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Fantastic service and at a very reasonable price! Rob is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend.
My Engwe E26, with its ridiculously oversized fat tyre (basically a tractor wheel pretending to be a bicycle tyre 🤣), decides to get a puncture. A normal mechanic might have taken one look and called for backup from NASA, but not Rob. Nope. He just swapped the tube like it was nothing – cool as a cucumber – and charged me only £17. Now, I literally live in Maindee, with a big shiny bike shop right around the corner. But guess what? I still went to Rob, and honestly… best decision ever. His service and customer dealing?
