When trying to purchase a softer seat and longer handle bars for my mountain bike the young man behind the counter said twice that i couldn't get longer handle bars as my cables were too short, then he dissapeared to the back room. He not only lost a handle bar sales but a cable set sale too. His Mom, tending the register was already across the floor and had the perfect comfy seat in her hand which I happily purchased.
