Easily the best bike shop in the local area and one of the best I've ever been to. Run by a great team of people. Highly recommend using these guys. Have been down to the shop a few times recently for getting bikes serviced and buying a few odds and ends. Was impressed with the service and range. When one of my bikes was recalled they helped me with inspecting the bike and providing help with starting the process to get it fixed by the manufacturer even though they didn't deal with that manufacturer. I had a fantastic experience at Pedalheads while searching for the perfect bike for my 11 year old. Unlike previous visits to larger chains, the staff here, especially Peter, took the time and provided thorough assistance. Even providing some great recommendations for trails to try out. Fantastic bicyle shop, I live on the southside and would not hesitate to go back. My bicycle started to skip the chainrings on a Monday. As most bicycle shops are closed, but I noticed Brendale was open and gave them a call with the details of my 10yr old 2 x 10 chainrings. They chased up the parts (I could not find on the net) and called me back with prices and options. Repaired promptly. Peter and the team have good knowledge and friendly easy going manner.
