The team at Pedalheads went above and beyond! A simple Bosch warranty issue that could not bothered to be solved by my local bike shop was easily handled at Pedalheads. Explained the issue on a Tuesday and had parts delivered on Friday!! I really wish I would’ve spent my money on my bike at Pedalheads. This is what customer service is all about! Thanks gang🤘
Contacted Pedalheads about a set of wheels, was hoping to pick up when I went to Brisbane next as I live in Gracemere. Unfortunately they didn't have any stock or any in the country. Said I could order them when they arrive will send to me great, they said they should be in about 6 weeks,but 6 weeks turned into a couple of months not there fault. Went in for a Bike Fit as I have never had one before and Jason went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with my bike. Plus the other staff there were friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. You don't get that much any more from places. Recommend if you want a Bike Fit definitely give PedalHeads a go 😀
