Put my mtb in for service. Upon getting it back which only took 2 hours (not sure if that's a good thing) I proceeded to pay for it with cash. I was short changed and didn't realise their mistake until I got home (they did fix it but at my inconvenience). It was kinda funny when I went to pick it up as the guy took forever to retrieve it. I recently decided to use Pedal Heads' services to buy a cervelo caledonia 5 and couldnt have been happier with the level of service and professionalism shown by Jason Ford. The guys here are great, they dont comprise on quality and do the job right. There experience across all ranges of bikes is a testament to the quality of workmanship. Glad to finally have a bike shop that is not one track minded and willing to help.
