I will definitely take my bike to these guys. I had my bike serviced for front brake,front fork lock and tube/tire replacement. Good honest service for very reasonable fee. First time customer.
If I could give 6 stars I would! Had an amazing experience here with Alex & Allen! My seat post clamp exploded down in Fish Creek Park with parts and bolts getting lost off the trail never to be found again. I was about 50 km from home and walked in with a broken bike about 7 minutes before they closed on Saturday assuming I would have to leave the bike and come back but both guys were determined to get me back on the road. Misdiagnosis - Recommended Unnecessary Brake Service I am writing to share a very disappointing experience with the diagnostic service at this establishment. I brought my bicycle in specifically for concerns about the crankset, requesting a grease and tune-up for that component. After completing the work I had authorized, they contacted me to inform me that the crankset was in good condition. I had an excellent experience at Pedalheads-SkiWorks. Alan and Alex were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through different bike options, made sure I was properly sized, and helped fine-tune everything so the fit was perfect. After having less-than-great experiences at other shops in the city, it was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers.
