TLDR: Fantastic service: Friendly, knowledgeable, professional service for a non-routine bottom bracket issue. I was worried that I had seriously screwed up a nice bicycle frame, but the team here was able to fix the issue. And the final bill was very reasonable! I own a Supersix Evo that I built from a frame, which developed bottom bracket issues where I couldn't pass the crank spindle. Long time cyclist , my bikes are all high-end, and Im originally from Vancouver and moved to Edmonton almost 4 yrs ago Im a very fussy cyclist and only allow certain shops to touch my bikes When it came time to service one of my Dogmas, I called this shop and explained what I wanted . The best bike shop in the city. I recently had some work done before a race weekend and when the team didn’t have a part, Chris (owner) borrowed it from his personal bike. Almost literally giving me the shirt off his back. Huge respect to the knowledge, professionalism and customer service. Thanks Pedalhead.
Thank you Pedalheads! This week with half days (3hrs) except Canada Day my daughter went from unconfident on training wheels to expertly handling her bike, balance, riding and even shoulder checks. She went from a level 1 to a recommended 3 next! I highly recommend them to anyone! Amazing!
