I've always liked the staff here. Sure the team is passionate about bikes, but they're also very good with people, and I appreciate the warm and relaxed vibe. Over the course of 20+ years, I've engaged the service department on all kinds of tasks including drivetrain replacements and a custom wheel build, and never had a problem. Every winter, the shop's name changes to "Out of Bounds" as it switches over to top quality ski and snowboard gear, but they're still happy to help with bike needs year round.
This is the second year my kids have attended pedalheads summer camp. We've had the pleasure to have Kyle, the camp lead and he is literally my girls' favorite teacher in the world. Kyle is energetic, humble, professional and personable. So are the other instructors at the camp. Pedal heads consistently vet their staff and the camp teaches kids more than how to bike. It teaches kids resilience and confidence while having a blast! I highly recommend
Legitimately the best service I’ve ever had. Walked in with questions and got answers. They weren’t too pushy for sales, which is nice. Seems like they genuinely just wanted me to get what I needed. these bikes are amazing, I’ve been riding 20 K a day and it’s still like butter .
