A friend from another bike shop recommended I look into Liv brand bikes for a mountain bike for my wife. I decided I wanted to buy a Liv, so a dealer search showed The Pedaler's Horse was a Liv dealer - about 35 minutes from where we live. I identified the bike I wanted on Liv's web site (Embolden 2), called The Pedelar's Horse and talked to Elmer. He was very cordial and helpful. Went to The Pedaler's Horse Bike Shop LLC the other day looking for a new mountain bike, ended up taking home a beautiful Giant Talon 2 bike. Jerry, and his team are fantastic from start to finish, very knowledgeable, the best customer service I've seen and a friendly and honest feel that will keep me coming back 5/5 stars! 🙂
