Doug and Victoria are great humans, and what they’ve done with opening a bike shop in Western Nebraska, is nothing short of incredible. We purchased a bike for my son’s birthday, and after I pulled the threads on the hanger assembly, they went above and beyond to repair it and make sure my son could continue riding his bike. Excellent customer service and supporters of our community. Thanks to you both.
