I have to say a massive thank you to Robert for coming to the rescue! We were on holiday when we discovered one of our brakes had broken. I would recommend pedal zone Robert was very friendly and helpful fixed my sons bike and made it safe for him to use.
I visited Pedal Zone to enquire about having the bearings replaced within the pedal crank on my son’s bike as Halfords did not have the correct part in stock. Knowing the cost for parts (on average £10) and what needed done, I had anticipated the work to be up to £40. I was shocked to be given a bill for £115! This was hugely unrealistic having paid £85 for a brand new kids bike 2 years ago and having asked for just one part to be fixed.
