Took my bike here for the first time for an annual checkup. They were thorough and only charged me for the work that was needed instead of the typical package deals with set prices. Excellent service at surprisingly good price. I'll be back!
Amazing service and expertise!
These guys are awesome! I just finished a bikepacking tour of Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast, and I was lucky enough to stumble into this shop when I was experiencing some shifting issues. Ken immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad installation by me + an old chain), and charged a very reasonable price for the repair as well. Thanks to their work the rest of my trip was completely mechanical-free. They were incredibly nice to boot! If/when I'm back in Cambell River, I hope to stop by and say hi again.
Last time I was in the tall, young guy with glasses and spiked hair was extremely rude. I was at the till waiting to pay and he just ignored me and walked away to greet customer's at the door but when I came in he ignored me. Someone else had to come up and take my payment. Also he only filled my tire just over half way when I got them to fix my tire. He didn't tell me what the problems on my bike were. He explained to his co worker instead, like i wasn't there .
