Not just a great bike shop, but an amazing example of how to run any business. Ken and his crew are incredible, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and don't hesitate to drop what they are doing to help everyone from the newbie to the veteran rider. Such a great local business for CR!
Hands down the best bike shop in town! They not only fixed my issue as soon as I walked in (they were busy with other bikes) but they showed me how to prevent it happening again and what to do if it happened again. Turns out my partners family have always come to this shop, and its always been amazing service I was told!
Was rolling through town and needed a replacement wheel for my son’s bike (which I had broke). They had parts in stock and got me rolling in 30 mins. Total life savers!!
I rented a bike from this shop the other day and it was a great bike, lovely and light and eager to go, and I popped down to the ferry ($10 to go across and back with bike, easy) and had a superfun day touring Quadra. A great experience and I'd rent from them again.
