Been looking for a new bike in my size for a while. I live in Auckland but emailed Pedal Project about a bike on their website. Their service over email was great - very knowledgable and worked with me to ensure I was getting the right bike for my intended use. Was a long wait for the bike to be shipped from overseas, but the guys were helpful throughout the whole time, answering my many questions about things I could customise. The bike is now here and it's exactly what I wanted.
Went to Pedal Project for a bike fit today. Shane was totally awesome. Found a number of tweets that needed adjusting. Seat to height, wrong type of seat for me, shoe clips and slight adjustment on handle bars. Also appreciated the knowledge and advice for where to seat correctly and hand position. These guys are worth their weight in gold. Thanks.
Bought a Cervelo Aspero recently online. Thanks to Mansour and all the team to give all the information needed by phone and arrange the shipping. Bike spot on.
Big shout out to Rafael from Pedal Project. He did an amazing big job on my old slightly neglected bike. Such a good experience! I'm really happy how easy and smooth it all went. Also the team was really friendly. :) highly recommend. Thanks guys
