Rude, pushy, and condescending male staffer today. He spoke to me like I was a bad guy and had no knowledge where I was. I wouldn’t do business at this shop if it was the only one in town. I’d give up biking. Other one star reviews say the same. Maybe ownership should see who was working on the days of these complaints. Maybe it’s the owner who comes off as a jerk.
