I called In. Told them I would be there right at 6. They said it was fine over the phone and then when I got there, the manager said they’re closed. I drove 25 minutes like a madman here so I could try a bike and spend $800 with these guys and they made me waste my time and turned me away when I got there. Don’t trust this establishment. It will go out of business soon enough. Rushed after work to get here too. Bullshit. Don’t even think about earning my business.
I had a great experience with getting a tube replaced in my tire and will definitely return when needed!
Came in riding with a flat tire. Kind of an emergency situation (couldn’t ride home on flat tire.) The owner, without skipping a beat didn’t even acknowledge me and just said come back at 12:30 when we open. Didn’t even ask, what do you need or explain the process. Just said come back later it’s this much $$$ and there are 10 bikes ahead of you. The wait is 2 days. Not the slightest attempt to be helpful. Definitely not hope you treat your local community.
