Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Also, very honest-bill was less than estimate-they said I didn't need all the parts they initially thought. I will be back!
Worse customer service ever. Customer service profile went wrong. My friend went to this store and had the most horrific call with an employee MIKE. My friend Was upset and had her partner call to verify pick up was ready and was treated completed different. To seal the deal a voicemail was left - a VOICEmail slander of race and where my friend should shove her bike was said TWICE (I won’t post verbatim as it’s hurtful, disrespectful, vulgar, and inappropriate) and the manager Dave- LAUGHED.

This place caught me completely off guard. Just two guys in there, having the time of their lives, fixing bikes! They’re energy is amazing and their service is top notch. I’ll be going here for all my biking needs for now on!
