Shop owner made me wait 10 minutes while having casual chat with soneone in the shop, didnt even say hi, even though recognize me while im standing there. I felt like invisible and couldnt take it anymore and left. Business owners definetely needs to take customer service course. Now Im happy to drive 30 minutes longer to get ny bike fixed instead of dealing with disrespectful acts.
