Great customer service. Sorted out a shimano warranty claim for me on my canyon quickly and with little fuss. Nick and Michelle are very friendly and welcoming in the store. Will definitely be back!
Nick and the team are very knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent. After my annual service on my carbon gravel bike it feels like a new one!
