Natalie! I did a medical fit with you back in April and I wanted to send a quick note. You have quite literally changed my life from that appointment - I’m riding upwards of 100 miles a week now with no back pain. More important though, I’m completely pain free in all aspects of my life from the couple of exercises you gave me. I’m serious when I say I have seen upwards of 10 PTs over the last 5 years - they all treated the symptom, you solved the problem. I’m so grateful to you. Thank you!!! ❤️

You spend a month's salary more or less on a nice bike, but many don't get a professional fit, resulting in discomfort and lower power. Natalie is awesome. My road bike stem was too long, putting me in a bad position. I bought a new stem etc at Bicycle Outfitters Evergreen, and she gave me a free consult after the stem was replaced. She also gave me some good PT stretches, and riding tips to boost power and comfort. Don't wait any longer, get a fit with Natalie!

Natalie is the best. I came in with saddle pain that made me DNF from my last race. Now, I can ride for hours with no pain during or after the ride. I learned a ton about the mechanic of how people interact with bikes along the way. I will definitely be going back next time I get a new bike.

I purchased a bike about two years ago. It was my dream bike. However, whenever I would ride it my back would hurt the next day. I did not hate riding it, but I would limit my rides to less than 20 miles. I prefer longer rides (it is cheaper than therapy). I booked an appointment with Nathalie for a Medical Bike Fit.
