All I can say is, do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews before you even think about doing business with these fraudsters. They blatantly lied about their product, falsely advertising bike parts that were much larger than the garbage they actually sent me. It’s laughable how dishonest they are, and I fully intend to take legal action. I'd highly recommend this bike and bike shop to others! I got my bike about 2 months ago (AWD) and it is a game changer! It is the best mode of transportation in SM. I ride the boardwalk multiple times / week and it really brings me joy. The dual battery pack is excellent addition. I also have the front and rear baskets which make it great to bring over stuff to the gym or volleyball.
