I am grateful that I came across pedal easy when researching to buy my first e-bike. It is exactly what I wanted in an e-bike: lightweight, looks like a normal bike, has gears and good mileage. I like that it is a breeze to ride as a normal bike, but that I can use the pedal assist for tough hills, or when I am tired riding home after work. I love my new bike. Working with this local Ottawa shop was a very positive experience, with both prompt and efficient in-person and online service. My bike is comfortable, lightweight and perfect for riding with or without battery assistance. As a senior, I can lift my bike easily on to my bike rack and up on to the wall hanger in my condo’s bike room. Check out a Pedal Easy bike….you won’t be disappointed.
Love my bike conversion to electric! Frank & Claudio are very knowledgeable & were great in helping me make the right decision- keeping my current bike that fits my short stature. I already recommended to my neighbour who is in process of getting his bike converted too. Also important to me to support a local Canadian business!
