Definitely exceptional. I called around to replace the rubber and tube on my scooter at least 10 bike shops said no. Thankfully the folks over here are specialists they had the tire parts shipped in and replaced the next day. Absolutely express and competent service. Anything I need moving forward I only need one number now. Good luck you found these guys too.

This is my second 5 star review of Pedal Easy and it comes after riding my PE e-bike over 24,000km and 9 seasons later! The mountain bike has the same motor and battery and efficiently continues to get me to where I need to go. Review pic is of my PE mountain bike with side saddles fully loaded and 10lbs tamper still strapped in after 14km commute :) Regular maintenance a must but that cost aside this e-bike has saved several thousand $ not driving my SUV! I brought my road bike into Pedal Easy after noticing a clicking noise while pedalling. Claudio quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and also took the time to share helpful insights on the overall condition of my bike. His pricing is fair, and it’s clear he genuinely has his customers’ best interests in mind. I will definitely bring my bike back for a proper tune up and future work.
I recently purchased a used pedal-assist electric bike from Facebook Marketplace, and after just a week of riding it for about 350 km, the throttle stopped working.
