We bought a second hand bike with no clue about bikes. When it became clear it had issues, we took it here for advice. The owner generously spent time telling us about its issues, potential repair costs, and provided advice on where to buy reliable second hand bikes. When we get a good one, will definitely be coming here if we need anything. Thank you!

Replaced broken spoke, replaced leaking tube and serviced my bike with care - it's a fairly new bike and I didn't even know that one brake was faulty until they fixed it and I felt the difference.
