Honestly, I was just looking for a local business to service my bike rather than some big bicycle conglomerate, but gee wizz did I get so much more than I was looking for. Chris serviced my trusty daily bike, 2015 Cannondale CAAD 8, and it's running better than ever. I actually didn't know my bike could feel this nice to cycle! Pedal Cyclery is a gem of a local bike shop. Run by Chris, who is super knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. He and his dedicated staff take the time to discuss options and make suggestions, which gave me confidence in the direction we took with my bike. I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday and had a call by Friday saying it was ready. A speedy turn-around. Honest and professional. I took my bike in with the idea of getting new thinner tyres for an easier, quicker ride. Rather than taking my money he talked me out of it explaining the tyres I had were right for the bike and even advised me on the appropriate pressures.
