I was pleasantly shocked, surprised and delighted with how the provided repaid, nuts, and tightened up my bike basket and said “No Charge”? The Pedal Shop did… I was ready to by something, but there was nothing I was in need of. BUT, tell you what I am going to tell everyone I know…need a bike, s Smellsupies go to Pedals on CedarRoad AND the next cycle I get, will be from Pedals for sure
I stopped in to ask a few questions. I told Kyle upfront I was not buying anything just need a little education on a bike. He stopped what he was doing to answer my questions and emailed me the speck sheet. Very helpful. I will use them for all my biking needs. Great customer service.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I needed a tire replaced on a jogging stroller and some help with a tire on a balance bike. Great service. Would highly recommend!
