If there were six stars, I’d choose that. I was referred here by a friend several years ago, and have been grateful ever since. Prior to that I had gone to a couple of the chains, and always been dissatisfied with my prescription. At Peck’s, they discussed with me exactly what I used glasses for most and tailored my glasses to that. Great frame selection and spectacular and friendly service. They are not very professional, I was told I would receive a call when my glasses were ready. I did not receive that call and have been waiting on my glasses for a week now. I have tried calling and no one answers the phone nor is there a answering machine to leave a message. I will not go back!!!!!
If you are looking for great personal service as well as quality you need Peck Opticians. I have been a customer for 15 years and have never walked out the door feeling like my eye needs have not been meet or my questions not answered. Check them out. I don't think you will be disappointed!
I have been a customer for approximately 25 years and there are no other places in Lexington to compare to Peck Opticians. Dennis has helped me with a lot of eye issues. This is the best Optical business in Lexington.
