Spencer Peck was referred to me by another attorney (this case was out of their scope). From our first phone call to the end of the case, Mr. Peck did an excellent job with setting expectations. Somebody made a left in front of me while I was riding a motorized bicycle at 40mph. I went to the hospital and almost died. I googled accident lawyers and called two before I got to Peck Law. Both of them blew me off and probably considered it to be a waste of their time. Not Spencer Peck. I could tell in about 5 minutes that I had called the right guy. It’s annoying to find an attorney whose website claims they work on specific cases then for the attorney to simply say no. If you get a perfectly healthy tooth pulled instead of the one listed on all documents don’t reach out to this attorney. Waste of time, just wants to refer you to another attorney. I can’t stand an attorney who thinks they’re “too good” to take your case.
