I was there the other day to buy some road shoes and pedals. After I informed the staff who was "assisting me" that I needed lightweight triathlon shoes, they just basically pointed me to the shelf where the shoes were on display. Didn't ask me any questions, didn't offer to go get my size of shoes to try on, didn't give me any recommendations. This happened on a number of occasions. Brought in my bike for a tire change. They changed the tire which was flat again the someday. They recognized their mistake and changed it again for free. Good customer service.
Placed an order for bike straps, no word back after two months, so I decide to checked in, said they would call me back when they're in. Called back a couple weeks later, no updates. Called in a third time to find out that they "Forgot to check a box," to start the ordering process. So three months of holding my deposit without any results. Never shopping there again and urging my friends to avoid it.
Everybody is complaining about that old man Wayne, frankly, he should retire, he is giving the store a bad name and a lousy reputation! Would have been a fantastic place without him... Daniel on the other hand, is a great asset to the shop and is very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help in every which way he can.
i been going to peccos every since i been working in the byawrd market. i get my bikes tuned up very year there. ther service is quick and yiu dont have topay for it the day it is fixed. you can leave your bioke the till you hav ethe money. i even had to change a flat itre so i went to peccos and a day later became flat again. so they changed it for free. dont know why other are saying bad thing but the servic eis great.
