Great facility, awesome staff, very highly recommended.
My sister went to Pecan Creek for inpatient rehabilitation. She broke 2 bones in her ankle. The door to the smoking area shut on her ankle. Now we are working on 12 weeks in a cast. No physical therapy with a broke ankle. Her next appointment is September 25th. This is the 4th cast. Her bones are not healing correctly because she has been putting weight on her casted leg. The aides have been making her to use the toilet. The bathrooms are not handicapped compliant. She was supposed to use the potty chair and 2 aides to help ... read more
Great facility with great staff that treat everyone like their own family. The building is always clean. Residents seem happy and always busy with activities. Kalyn is fantastic with the community and accommodating families! Highly recommend!
This facility is such a great one, The staff is very friendly and courteous. The residents are just as amazing as well. I would recommend this facility for the best care for your loved ones.
