We are extremely grateful to the staff at Pebblebrook at Park Springs. They have taken excellent care of my mom. Mom had to return after a stay in the hospital. The entire staff welcomed her with open arms and was there for our family as well. The staff genuinely cares and works with the family to meet the needs of their loved one. Robel, a part of the maintenance staff, helped us move in and was extremely helpful and kind. He also went the extra mile to hang my mom’s pictures and was willing to help in any way needed.
The daytime care partners in the memory care unit are extraordinary. They are sensitive, intuitive and responsive. They are understaffed and need more help. My sister waited 47 minutes to go to the bathroom because she needs 2 care partners in order to transfer safely. There was only 1 available. The care partners felt terrible about it and it was extremely upsetting to my sister. The food is very good. I wish there was a way to give my sister a fresh plate of food instead of a microwaved meal plated over an hour ago. Its es... read more
