I moved here in November 2014 and could not be more satisfied. This quiet neighborhood is full of friendly, respectful people. My house did have a couple of small things that needed to be fixed and the owner of the property, Mr. Dale Bishop, arranged for workmen to fix an electrical problem (at no cost), and he himself fixed a problem with the rain gutter. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a nice place to retire.
