I have had the BEST service from Pebble and Palm..I had a small issue with a product and they went over and above any expectations I could have had. Excellent customer service, thank you Management and Supplier
I accidentally found this shop and was very happy to have a look around, it was a beautiful sunny Saturday and the shop was rather busy, I found two pairs of earrings that I was able to buy, one pair are hand made out of paper by a woman that lives in Sydney and that definitely confirmed the fact that I wanted to buy them.
Had a terrific retail experience here today. Great quality products and warm, comfortable atmosphere. But it was Mel's genuine, welcoming nature, and knowledgeable customer service that absolutely shone.
