I am not quite sure how you can run a small business with such a bad attitude. I called inquiring about a flag to bring to a soccer game. The owner answered the phone and said he thought he had what I wanted and asked me to call back in an hour because he is "busy". I decided to stop by and see what he had in stock, figuring I would pick up a few other things like smaller flags and stickers. I went into the shop and called out, "...hello".
