The ladies at this location were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. For the first time in my 28 years of life, I genuinely felt discriminated against. I was asked to do a self pat-down because I was wearing a hoodie, which I understood and complied with without any issue. After that, they scanned me with a device to confirm I didn’t have anything on me. The staff at this location is very rude. I’ve been to all surrounding locations and have never been treated badly until today. I was late for my scheduled time but am very aware that I can still take it in 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I had a great experience taking my exam on a Saturday morning. The two ladies at the front desk were professional and kind—just how it should be. The place was clean, quiet, and well-organized. Thank you!
The worst day ever. I drove 4 hours to take my business and finance exam and the proctor cut my labels because she told me that I had to many when there is no specified number. Later, the computer kick me out, after I agreed with all terms and conditions. I asked for help, before anything, and the lath told me I did something wrong. She refused to help me and asked me to leave the center. This is the worst center ever and will give this review to let people know that Pearson view it’s not an effective exam coordinators.
