The testing administrators were nice, however one simple mistake ended up costing me over $1000 in traveling fees, 3 days off work, AND my exam results were placed on hold due to the TA neglecting to take my biometric palm scan at my original testing date. I now have to go back to a Pearson testing center for a 3rd time (trying Houston instead this time) to be rescanned because they will not release my results without a biometric palm scan on file. Extremely clean and beautiful building and friendly staff. Google maps sent me to wrong place but wasn't far off.
Took my test back in 2018. This building was too cold. To think and focus on my test. They made me remove my jacket. And it was cold outside. Every question I read was I'm cold
