I just want to say, thanks to the administrator of this office for being nice and professional. There was a misunderstanding from my side that I was treated differently when I was taken my TOEFL exam but the administration were just doing their job professionally. I have graduated now and I would like thank them for their help and encouragement!
I had a wonderful experience at this testing center. Both ladies were so nice and calm, something very important when you’re nervous on test day. They were kind and patient as they explained the entire process. I felt comfortable and at ease thanks to them. The place was quiet and clean. They were quick, and I had no issues at all.
Technical difficulties at this location. Also, I got a break in my exam and the TA told me I wasn't allowed to take a break? Idk that the people working here know what they're doing.
The testing administrators were nice, however one simple mistake ended up costing me over $1000 in traveling fees, 3 days off work, AND my exam results were placed on hold due to the TA neglecting to take my biometric palm scan at my original testing date. I now have to go back to a Pearson testing center for a 3rd time (trying Houston instead this time) to be rescanned because they will not release my results without a biometric palm scan on file. Extremely clean and beautiful building and friendly staff. Google maps sent me to wrong place but wasn't far off.
