Getaways Unlimited was an absolute scam, promised me a free cruises if I sat through a video presentation. I worked with Jonathan Drake of Getaways Unlimited and he promised me my cruise certificate at the end only for nothing to happen. When I called him on the number he gave me he seemed bothered I called him and said he had nothing to do with the certificate. Customer service does nothing, absolute scam of a company
This company should be the role model for failure to function due to inappropriate use of offshore tech support.
This website is pure trash. Doesn’t find my account , cannot reset my own password to get into my account to reschedule my test . Their phone number doesn’t even work. Made me rest my password over 6 times just to make and account , and then again to log back in. No email to contact customer service , and no phone number . Absolutely ridiculous
I am having an emergency trying to call the location and the line keeps hanging up. I am going to lose my test money and nobody is available to help cause not only are they not picking up the system now does not recognize my login information. I am completely frustrated and upset.
