Firstly, I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and the set up process was very efficient yet explained very well. In addition, I found the testing environment a lot quieter when compared to the Sandhill location in which I took my test there previously. Not a negative but there is a parking fee for the parking garage in which was a great experience which was $2 an hour.Overall, this Pearson location is the gold standard for testing and I want to thank them for their encouraging words before taking the test.

This place doesn't have a phone number or email to contact them, so I thought it would be useful to leave my experience here. Today I took an exam at this location to get my Esthetician license and I passed on the first try. Staff is very courteous and professional. I read the reviews before I decided to test here and was concerned. I think people dont read the rules or study the test and that is why they end up complaining. Just follow the rules and directions and you will be fine.
Worst experience ever. Questions on this exam that weren't covered AT ALL through Key Realty or anything else I researched online for a few weeks. Take your money and then you have to pay to take it again. For a timeshare and real estate division that states everything should be clear and easy to understand for potential owners and purchasers, this garbage test makes it difficult with random questions that weren't even in any study guide.
