Very easy process for testing. Parking is a little confusing as you cannot use the parking garage you need to park in the small convention parking lot. Which actually is not at the convention center it is the Overflow lot
Poor management system, takes long periods to respond and lacks professional service.
Don’t take elevator in parking garage, the garage is not under the test site. Test is next door in the large mirror building on the third floor. No signs, allow extra time in case you get lost.
Firstly, I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and the set up process was very efficient yet explained very well. In addition, I found the testing environment a lot quieter when compared to the Sandhill location in which I took my test there previously. Not a negative but there is a parking fee for the parking garage in which was a great experience which was $2 an hour.Overall, this Pearson location is the gold standard for testing and I want to thank them for their encouraging words before taking the test.
