Today I took an exam at this location to get my Esthetician license and I passed on the first try. Staff is very courteous and professional. I read the reviews before I decided to test here and was concerned. I think people dont read the rules or study the test and that is why they end up complaining. Just follow the rules and directions and you will be fine.
Worst experience ever. Questions on this exam that weren't covered AT ALL through Key Realty or anything else I researched online for a few weeks. Take your money and then you have to pay to take it again. For a timeshare and real estate division that states everything should be clear and easy to understand for potential owners and purchasers, this garbage test makes it difficult with random questions that weren't even in any study guide. Getaways Unlimited was an absolute scam, promised me a free cruises if I sat through a video presentation. I worked with Jonathan Drake of Getaways Unlimited and he promised me my cruise certificate at the end only for nothing to happen. When I called him on the number he gave me he seemed bothered I called him and said he had nothing to do with the certificate. Customer service does nothing, absolute scam of a company
