Miguel, Brock, Jae were very kind and did help. I’m leaving this review after my conversation with Austin the new owner. He seemed to be genuinely concerned why my experience wasn’t great overall. But when I was speaking to him it was very clear it was really all about protecting the company. I had used Pearson before and had good experience with them. Brock, Jae, and Miguel were awesome! Friendly and fast service... Very cool Update: there was a lot left behind at the old house. Which I was not there to oversee. Lots of little boxes and things that I can't imagine would not fit fine on the truck... Enough that we have to rent a moving truck or make a few car trips anyway... The tvs and mattress bags had an extra fee to move that was not advertised... Charged for 2 hours of drive time even though only less than 1 was used... They really pushed for good reviews on here so ... read more
