I had a great testing experience. Everything started right on time, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The staff was courteous and welcoming, which helped put me at ease. The testing room was well soundproofed, and I experienced no distractions throughout the exam. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish.

Taken a few exams at this testing center location. The staff are professional and experienced. The facility is smaller than the Dearborn and Southfield locations. For test-takes, if you have a scheduled exam, it may take up to 30 minutes waiting during the check in period as other patrons are being helped.

I recommend getting to this place 15 minutes early and just park in the parking garage. The building is white but does not explicitly say Pearson vue. It’s on the fourth floor of that tall big white building. I cannot thank the people enough on Tuesday for being super nice and maintaining a calm presence. They were so patient and kind and explained everything well. I wish I would’ve gotten their names but it was two ladies and they were straightforward and didn’t make me anxious when taking my exam. Thank you.
