I had a great experience at the testing center! The staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks for making it a smooth process! Clean and quiet place, they provide headphones for noise cancellation, great center to take an exam!!
The ladies at this testing center are pleasant. The test center is clean and easy to find. I like it better than the Southfield location even though the Southfield one is bigger.
In my opinion this is better than some of the other Pearson locations like Dearborn. Located in a massive office building on one of the top floors. Staff are nice and there is a lot of room to chill during breaks outside the center itself.
I had a great testing experience. Everything started right on time, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The staff was courteous and welcoming, which helped put me at ease. The testing room was well soundproofed, and I experienced no distractions throughout the exam. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish.
