Contact form is useless. Get it all filled out, fill in my information, click I am not a robot and then I get an error because I need to put in my language, which was in originally and I could not. I was filling out the contact form because the book I need they only sell as an access code or access code and book bundle. My professor does not use the access code at all, so based on the individual price I am paying $40 for something I don't even need. Worst customer service I have ever experienced...unable to get in contact with anyone EVER. Hard to find a contact website, a phone number, or even to get a response to the email they tell you to contact with cancellation requests. Don't waste your time or money--just purchase materials through amazon/chegg/barnes and noble. This company is a scam.
