Patient and efficient tax preparation. I have a few businesses and sometimes it gets complicated. They have helped me find all the best ways to make the best of my return.
I think Pearson's can do an adequate to good job preparing taxes but if you need them outside of an easy prep you might want to go somewhere else. I ended up owing a large amount in taxes last year (expected). How I was informed how to set up a payment plan was incorrect and pretty much any help they gave in dealing with the IRS/government has been incorrect.
