I am so impressed by this grass seed! With Pearl's I have been able to get grass to grow places where other brands failed, and it does not require fertilizers that can be harmful to our pets and children. It is important to follow the instructions regarding initially watering for a few weeks until it gets established, but once that is done it requires very little maintenance and looks great! I highly recommend this seed.

We have used this product on a very large lawn for the past 15 years. It performs exactly as adverised. It survives on a limited water supply and limited watering. we just did a reseed to fill out the lawn. Overall, one of the best products I have bought for my home. Thank You

Amazing grass seed! We've used it on and off for 12 years now, after a recommendation from a golf course landscaper when we re-engineered our yard. We had a hard time in areas with sandy, rocky soil, but Pearl's Premium was up to growing even in areas with no previous lawn. The key is this seed's exceptional ability to grow roots down and sideways, even in winter. I love pearl's premium seed. I watered it once this hot dry summer for 10 minutes and no fertilizer and stayed thick and lush and crowded out weeds. It takes a little time and dedication to get a lawn going with pearls--I needed a fall seed and spring overseed to reach full thickness. and they aren't kidding about watering every day for 30 days when sprouting seed. But once the lawn is fully mature, it's absolutely awesome

I went to Pearls Premium 3 years ago and could not be happier with the results. I have a lawn that is in direct sun most of the day and required a lot of water. In the second year PPS started squeezing out the old grass. Now I have a beautiful lawn I rarely water and only mow every other week.
