Very helpful - competitive pricing and great inventory. I needed to come in to have some spokes changed and the attendant said based on the amount of damage I had on my room it might be cheaper to buy a new one. And it was so the guys have mount everything and I am good to go.
I drove all the way from Cypress/Bridgeland to check out a bike at Pearland Bike Shop, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The staff was welcoming and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Highly Overpriced. $30 to replace 1 spoke, at 2 spokes = $60 in labor to replace $4 in parts. Paid for a $109 “Annual Service” and they couldn’t even bother to clean or wipe down the bike. They made me wait a week to replace a spoke when i’ve had other places do it the same day. Then they have the audacity to ask for 15-20% in tips for ringing me up. I happily spammed “No Tip”. This experience made me pledge to do it myself from here on out. Not worth it.
Always a pleasure to come into Pearland Bicycle Helped me with what I needed. I can’t wait to overhaul my 2007 bike with new components from here. They also helped me get my ‘91 Schwinn MTB running smooth with new bottom bracket.
This place is awesome. Special thanks to Nathan. Great experience. I live in Houston. No one here has the Specialized bikes we needed. Called Pearland Bicycles. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. Two bikes purchased on the phone. Daryl (the owner) delivered them to Houston himself. They are perfect! These guys are true professionals. Highest recommendations.
