Erica and Robert were fantastic in helping Christina and I with purchasing our new Rockhopper Expert. We will be returning for service and new bikes. We are from Kingwood Tx and we will travel to Pearland Bicycles for all of our cycling needs and service.
I don’t live near this bike shop but I just found a new bike shop that I will frequent exclusively from here on out. I bought a bike online, and they had it ready for pick up very quickly. Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted warmly and they helped me get oriented with the bike’s features clearly and concisely. I wanted to upgrade the pedals and grips, which they installed for me while I waited. They even pulled up a map that showed me a lot of bike trails in Pearland while they worked on my bike.
