Heavy load always ,also they don’t care how to load it or they don’t know how to load ,always overweight on trailer axle ! Be careful with this shipper otherwise you will get violations
Horrible! They don't value your time!
Arrived 0930 with 1500 pickup appointment; given door quickly, loaded in about an hour; after that it took a couple hours for them to bring me paperwork, but i was still loaded and out the gate at 1300. Per usual, automatic 5 stars for having me out before my appointment time :)
Don't understand all the crying about this place. Got loaded in a few hours.
