I find Pearl Studios to be a clean and well-run place to audition. My one complaint is their pay structure and payment rules for warm-up rooms and beverages seem to be set up specifically to nickel and dime the non-union actors (who have often been waiting in line for hours in the morning) trying to warm-up for their auditions.
