In short the owner asked for her own 66% tip on a $100/1hour massage. She input her own $66 tip to be charged on my credit card after refusing my $20 cash tip. I refused the $66 tip and she bargained for a $50, then $40, then finally put in $33 tip on my credit card. After the bargaining I should have left leaving a $0 tip. Lesson learned for the future. All this after answering multiple text messages on her phone during the massage. Answering a phone call. And leaving me for 15min alone while she did an "errand".

I reached for my appointment before time and they had not even opened yet. No phone call or text. I waited 5 minutes and then called them. They finally called back saying they are stuck in traffic and will take 10 minutes more.Even if that's the case why would you not think it's important to call your client. Very unprofessional. Even when I called to make the appointment I asked for an hour and was told that they might be able to do 45 minutes cause they have back to back bookings.
