They added 2 numbers to my vin, making my registration invalid. When I called to see what I need to do to fix it they told me to come there. I said I’m far away. They said call the state of MS They refused to help at all beyond that. I’m not sure who I’m calling in MS because she wouldn’t say. Then she hung up on me. Just like I remember their service being in person years ago. Terrible place
Much easier then Louisiana. Another reason I moved here. It is located in Courthouse Annex.
Everyone in this place was rude!!! To the point where if I didn’t have to have my tag I would never go there to get it.
