They do fantastic nail art and I’ve gotten good nails done here before but there are some issues… even if you book an appointment- you don’t always get taken in at that time. You still end up waiting. The pedicures are terrible… they leave you in the chair without even starting the water for an hour before they get around to you - and the lady who did mine last - cut my nail in such a way that it got infected later… I used to think they were great but something is off lately… they’re understaffed for sure but poor service is... read more

i was very skeptical about going to this salon because of all the bad reviews but i went ahead and went anyways. i usually get my nails done in ponca and i’m never satisfied with my nails when i leave and i pay $65-75. this place took their time, didn’t make my nails bulky, cleaned up around my nails, and even gave me a hand/arm massage when they were done. salons usually don’t do that anymore and i paid $35. very satisfied and happy with the turn out!

Not sure why I didn't get what I asked for. Trim and fill. Instead, tips were soaked off, none replaced, and was urged to do dip. Not happy the last few times.

The one man who works there did my manicure and pedicure. He cut every single finger with the drill, he did a very sloppy job on my dip powder nails.
