I have worked as a support worker in both aged care and disability for a few years so when I had Pearl Home care services recommended to me fir my mother who has severe dementia I knew what to look for in a provider that offers the high quality care I was looking for. From the moment I spoke to Louise I knew mum was in good hands! I do not recommend at all based on grandfather's experience. Louise the owner is not pleasant and very rude. She is the one running the business by herself and so slow to get back to you. When we tried to talk to her, we always get excuses and no staff showed up to shifts. She would then lie or say she didnt promise a worker to show up. Pa really tried to stick with this company for support but they are just not reliable.
