I had a fantastic experience at Pearl Furniture Outlet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the shopping process easy and enjoyable. They have a great selection of high-quality furniture, and I found the perfect sofa at a very fair price. The delivery was also quick and professional. I highly recommend them!

I had an extremely bad experience with this business. 1. Couch delivered and had missing pieces so I had to wait days before the delivery driver brought the missing pieces back. 2. I ordered a dresser that was well over $700 and the drivers broke the plexiglass that goes on top of the dresser. 3. I contacted the store manager DARRELL several times in regards to the broken glass and was promised that the glass will be replaced and it has been 6 months and still no glass. 4.
