I spent $3,247.50 on a sectional from Pearl Furniture Outlet in January 2026. What was delivered was not the couch I ordered. The product did not match the photos, showroom model, or descriptions provided at the time of sale. The color, construction, proportions, and overall quality were materially different, and one section arrived already sinking. The description says “fine furniture”, it is not. It reminds me of store or shop you would find Big T Bazaar or TMart. They have furniture manufacturers magazines out so maybe this is why there’s an “outlet” in the name of the store! The store wasn’t for me, it’s small and they were assembling a bed in the store and i literally had to step in over the bed to get out of their way. Again, the store wasn’t not my style or taste, but if you’re on a budget and need something quick this is the place for you.
