My friend and I walked into this outlet and I was very indecisive about what kind of couch wanted. Jess who assisted my friend and I not only by selecting a couch, but helped with the finance process and made it quick and easy. Jess was friendly, kind, informative, most importantly patient and with us. Thank you Jess for everything you did for me today. I will be back to purchase more furniture for sure. 1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience with Pearl Furniture. They delivered the wrong couch, and when I contacted them to correct the mistake, they scheduled a pick-up and swap. However, the delivery driver never showed up on the scheduled day. I’ve followed up multiple times, but the issue is still unresolved. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. I expected much better. However the on-site manager has been great to work with trying to resolve this issue.
Great experience ! Made it easy and simple.
All im a say is make sure you do business with 1 sales person because I feel like I got swindled...also make sure what comes out of their mouth is whats printed in your contract...even though your going to be ready and zip through the paperwork double check it.
