I called this firm today for a professional inquiry and was surprised by how abruptly and unprofessionally the call was handled. A simple “not interested” would have been fine, but hanging up so violent mid-sentence felt unnecessary. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the courtesy shown to future callers.
