I was dealing with all kinds of custody issues me and my ex worked out custody arrangements without going to court. Shell Pearce showed up to court twice for 30 min maybe. Got my cases continued constantly and then when we settled out of court without using attorneys refused to refund the $5000 dollars I paid him for custody and when I confronted him with it he said I charged you a flat rate there is no refund. **Before reading this post know that I speak on behalf of more than 3 individuals whom are/were represented by this law firm.** Shell Pearce is just awful. Anyone looking for an attorney for any reason whatsoever, please do yourself a favor and run the other way. This law firm fails to communicate in every single way possible.
