Terrible Service! – Don't even think of ordering your groceries from Peapod. My order was delivered 40 mins. late. The ice cream was completely melted. The yogurt and milk were warm and had obviously been unrefrigerated for a long time. Did I get an apology for this outrageous service? Did anyone at Peapod offer to make amends? Nope! Very convenient – My wife and I hate grocery shopping, and Peapod makes it very convenient. Half an hour in front of the laptop, and your set. They have all your old lists, so if you get the same things every time, you just go through and check off from your past list what need, then add new stuff. We usually still stop into the store for certain items, but it's much easier to run in for 5 minutes, and get everything esle delivered.
