The bank very quietly added a fifty dollar fee to a free business account and apparently only notified by mail. Nothing in the portal, nothing over email, nothing in the fee schedule. This bank has cost me $400 for no reason.
Timothy and Tom in the customer service chat responded to questions on multiple occasions in minutes of me asking them. It's 2022, everyone's online now. Having a quick response time like that is crucial.
not a bad bank
Small redhead teller always has an attitude problem. You can see the fake smile she brings and doesn’t give good customer service. Each time I go she’s always has a smart comment, and even seen her give bad attitude to other clients through the drive up. A friend of mine who is also goes to this branch often always has a problem with her too. We never have a problem with other tellers. The manager should do make sure this teller fixes her problem.
Teller's sit around doing nothing, but won't help. Lazy. Don't want to give a variety of bills back
