Great bank and the people that work there are so helpful and nice, been going there for a long time
Soon to be bankrupt . Now charging high fees on business accounts. Had to close mine.
Only 1 of their ATMs ever has cash after 12pm. The management and owners do not care about the community or average people at all. They just added a new rule that if you don’t have 20K in your account they take out $30/month while only offering 2% interest. Applying to all accounts including an account to teach your child about economics or for your child heading off to college. In the past years it’s clear their only priority is now $$$
How little can I do and still get paid! That's the mentality of people nowadays. They won't even cash a check drawn on an account from their bank.
HORRIBLE customer service. Impossible to get hold of them via phone call. They let the phone ring until the call gets transferred to a call center. They oppened a case up for me and should be hearing from the bank within 24 hours - that was a week ago. Ever since, I called a few times, no luck so far.
