This branch, this branch, will bring down the tree, once a strong oak, now a weeping willow. I have been banking at the Green Village branch for 30 years, both personal accounts and business accounts. The people who work in the branch are inept. I could use other words, but they would not be DEI acceptable. In order to count to 20, shoes must be removed at this branch. Incompetence, laziness, and generally horrible customer service.
