I have had a business relationship with PGBank for more than 15 years. I have always been completely satisfied with the level of service, accuracy of my account, and the low cost for maintaining this relationship. I would not consider banking anywhere else.
This bank charged me $60 a month without telling me!!! They won't pay me back! This is ridiculous!!!!!! This is criminal!!! They've stolen so much from me!!!!!!
THIS BANK IS A SCAM!!! THEY STOLE $60 A MONTH FROM ME WITHOUT TELLING ME!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND WARN ME!!! I spoke with a "Samuel Wahlberg" (if that's actually his name) and was lied to my face. Still have yet to hear back from the manager. It seems this whole bank is run by criminals!!!!
I have been a customer with PG bank for 25+ years and they just installed a policy that you have to keep $25,000 per account in order to avoid a $50 monthly service charge with them. I am beyond disappointed in how they have chosen to treat their customers.
Useless and prejudiced depending upon the balance of your bank account. Closed one of my accounts without informing me that had 30k coming into it. Avoid like the plague unless you don't handle your own money. Awful.
